On Wednesday 16th March the National Road Safety Awards presentation was held in Melbourne. The college was a finalist in the Schools category and Mark Pascoe went over to represent the college. The awards are significant and coveted with an excess of 180 people in attendance from all over Australia.

We were unsuccessful in the schools category, with the college up against programs from NRMA, bstreetsmart, Royal Northshore Hospital Trauma Unit and Moreton Bay Regional Council. Though we did not win, the college was recognised for its Drive to Survive program which Year 11 students will participate in during Term 3.
